ICT Development

User Evaluation
We help you reveal how people perceive a system (a product, a service, any information system) before, during, and after interacting with it. We evaluate the user experience by selecting and applying the appropriate methods and tools that focus on the context-dependent dimensions and application domains for each case. We use a mix of implicit, explicit, creative, and longitudinal techniques, considering diverse assessment approaches that best fit your scenario, such as summative/formative evaluation, objective/subjective approach, collection and analysis of quantitative or qualitative data, and conduction of lab or field user studies. More than one in five people in the EU have some kind of disability and they are potentially blocked from accessing and using digital products. User Research
We use research to get the answers to our design questions. Either that's ethnography, interviews, focus groups or online surveys, we test our ideas before they are finalised. We draw conclusions by interacting with people who will actually use the designed product and they are pleased to know that their voice is heard. We also do research on existing products and services to identify the painpoints and make recommendations for enhancing the experience and increasing the engagement of the users. We use novel technologies such as eye-tracking and brain-computing to get the most meaningful and accurate answers.
UX Strategy
We take into account the business goals, the vision, the motives, and the drivers of our partners and clients, we consider the shifting market requirements and the users' needs and preferences, and we plan tailored user experience (UX) strategies. We aim at creating a set of coordinated actions that will help the client overcome any current issues, achieve good UX, and ultimately reach a desired future state. Our team of usable security and privacy experts examines how human factors influence the security and privacy dimensions when interacting with information systems.
